Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Live Plants
Live plants are carefully packaged for shipping, with roots kept moist and foliage protected during transit. Shipping is included in the listed price of our Prides Corner live plants, so no additional shipping charge is added for those plants at checkout.

Most orders are processed within approximately 2 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Due to agricultural shipping restrictions, we currently do not ship live plants to Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, or Washington.

Farm Items
Shipping charges for items from the farm are calculated according to the shipping options shown at checkout. Orders of qualifying farm items receive free shipping when the applicable order threshold is met.

Orders Containing Plants and Farm Items
If your order contains both live plants and items from our farm, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Tracking information will be provided as each shipment is fulfilled.

Delivery
Once your order arrives, we recommend opening live plant shipments promptly and checking the condition of your plants. If something doesn't look right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
